Nate is a native of Chicago, Illinois who brings nearly 20 years of personal & small-group training experience to the IVI Performance Team. After starting his career as a personal trainer & group fitness instructor, Nate graduated from trade school at Northern Prairie School of Therapeutic Massage where he earned his licensed massage therapist designation. With advanced training in techniques like active release, Nate is our resident expert for all things related to soft-tissue therapy and recovery.
